Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1½ cups frozen mixed berries
- ½ frozen banana
- 1–2 teaspoons light agave or raw honey
Instructions
- Place the kale , chia seeds, and milk in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth
- Add berries, banana and agave or honey and continue to blend until the smoothie reaches your desired texture.(remember you’re not drinking this one, so texture is good here.)
- Top with a fresh sliced banana
- Sprinkle liberally with Nature Valley™ Oats and Honey Protein Granola
