Vegan Chocolate Brownies

chopped pecans

pitted dates

tablespoons
coconut oil

almond butter

unsweetened shredded coconut

teaspoon
pure vanilla

heaping
unsweetened cocoa powder

tablespoon
real maple syrup

salt
Instructions
Pulse pecans in a food processor until crumbly.
Add dates. Pulse a few times until combined.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
Press the mixture into a small wax or parchment lined brownie sheet until flat and even.
Freeze for 30 minutes

Keep in a container in the refrigerator (or the freezer) with layers separated by parchment paper.
