Cookies! The quintessential  treat are now easier than ever using Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix. And ohhhhhhh so yummy!

You won’t even know these are gluten free, they’re so full of deliciousness! Eat them straight from the oven warm and gooey or use them to make homemade ice cream sammies. However you like your cookies these are perfect! Simple and delish and you can even get the kids in the mixing game, the ingredient list is short and sweet. And using Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix you look like a pro! So save all those recipes with long lists of ingredients that you use to make GF cookies and be the after school snack hero!

Description

Yummy and Delish


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 stick butter at room temp
  • 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In the bowl of stand mixer, cream butter, brown sugar and vanilla until fluffy
  3. Add egg and beat on medium until incorporated
  4. Beat in Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix and when smooth, add chocolate chips
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet
  6. Bake 10-12 mins
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes

    I did not know that Bisquick came in GF or are they all GF? Interesting. For GF these cookies look amazing. I may need to try my hand at them.

      not all Bisquick Baking mixes are gluten free. They do make a gluten free variety!

    Bisquick is something we always have in the house. I have never seen it gluten free. You made those pictures make me want to go and try it though. Your cookies look very yummy
